PT triathlon

 

The Naval Special Warfare Foundation, along with Egypt VFW Post #7293 and the Hoover Karate Academy, conducted a “PT” triathlon on Sunday, September 11, 2011 to benefit the Naval Special Warfare Foundation’s “Education with a Foundation” scholarship program. The funds were used for scholarships to benefit the children of fallen Naval Special Warfare Operators, SEALS and Special Boat Team members.

Teddy Walk for Downs Syndrome

 

Team Teddy recently participated in the Eastern Pennsylvania Down Syndrome Center Buddy Walk to raise funds and awareness for people with Down Syndrome. The above team was comprised of members from Allentown Family Foot Care and family members of Thaddeus Anderson. Team Teddy raised over $2,000 for the Eastern Pennsylvania Down Syndrome Center with a total earnings of over $50,000 for the entire event. This is the 2nd year that Allentown Family Foot Care was a corporate sponsor of the event. The Buddy Walk was held at Rodale Park and the Velodrome on Saturday September 25, 2010.
