
Dr. Ann C. Anderson
DPM, FACFAS, FAPWCA
Originally from Poughkeepsie, New York. Dr. Anderson became interested in a career in foot and ankle surgery after her 20 years experience as a ballet dancer.
,After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Cornell University, Dr. Anderson earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed a 3 year reconstructive foot and ankle surgical residency training at the INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia. As part of her residency program, Dr. Anderson completed extensive training in foot and ankle reconstruction, revisional foot and ankle surgery, and wound care/limb salvage training at the Georgetown University Hospital Limb Center.
In addition, Dr. Anderson has extensive experience and specializes in surgical procedures of the foot and ankle especially bunion reduction, flatfoot reconstruction, diabetic/Charcot foot surgery, and limb salvage. She has a special interest in treating patients with complicated wounds and preserving their ability to walk! She understands the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle and is committed to caring for patients throughout all aspects of treatment from bracing and custom orthotics to surgical intervention and rehabilitation.
Dr. Anderson has the distinction of holding multiple Board, Fellowship, and Certificates to her name: Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery

Dr. Anderson has been practicing with Allentown Family Foot Care, PC since July of 2005 and is an active in her local community. She is a part of the Eastern PA Down Syndrome center and volunteers on a regular basis to raise funds and advocate for individuals with Down Syndrome. She is also an active volunteer and participant at St. Joseph the Worker Church.
