Did you know Team AFFC actually answers the phone? Our offices pride themselves in not letting the phones go to an automated answering system asking you to press 1 for this, press 2 for that, etc. Unless you happen to contact us after business hours, you will always reach a member of Team AFFC!
We also strive to make Evening, Saturday, same-day, and walk-in appointments possible. If you are asked to hold, we want to make that time short for you because we understand your time is valuable too. With this in mind, we answer our phones during lunch hour, Tuesday and Thursday evening hours, as well, as Saturday hours.
