Born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Fritz started private practice in Allentown in 1991. He enjoys treating the full spectrum of foot and ankle problems. Dr. Fritz received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from Muhlenberg College and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree from the Temple School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Fritz completed a two-year surgical residency program at Rolling Hill Hospital in Elkins Park, Pa. Dr. Fritz has the distinction of being Board Certified by the two nationally recognized boards for the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Fritz is also certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. In addition, he is a Board Certified Pedorthist. Dr. Fritz is a Fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, a Fellow of the America College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine, as well as a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association. In addition, Dr. Fritz is a Clinical Associate Professor (Adjunct) in Temple University’s School of Podiatric Medicine in the Department of Podiatric Surgery, as well as a Clinical Associate Professor for DeSales University.
Dr. Fritz has 28 total years of military service. As a Seal Corpsman, he was assigned to Seal Team One on active duty. Dr. Fritz continued to serve in the Naval Reserves throughout his school years. He did return to active duty in 1988 to develop a podiatric surgical program at the National Naval Medical Center. During this period, Dr. Fritz served as the Director of Podiatric Surgical Residency Program, Podiatric Medical Consultant to the United States Naval Academy and to the United States Congress. He also served on board the USNS Comfort Hospital Ship during Desert Shield. Dr. Fritz retired a Commander. His last assignment was to Naval Special Warfare Group Two Det 107 in Little Creek, Va.
Born and raised in New Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Baker joined the practice in July of 2002. She enjoys treating all aspects of foot and ankle disorders.
Dr. Baker is an avid runner and enjoys competing in 5K and ½ marathons on a regular basis. She likes to keep her athletes on their toes. She also has a special interest in heel pain, treating patients with state of the art options — both surgical and non-surgical. She prides herself in being an expert in custom orthotic and bracing options as well.
Dr. Baker received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in biology and natural science at Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pennsylvania. She graduated with honors, Cum Laude and was granted her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in May of 2000. She completed her residency training for foot and ankle surgery in Philadelphia at Tenet Parkview Hospital. Dr. Baker is Board Certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Baker is also trained in the treatment and prevention of diabetic foot complications and is a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association.
Originally from Poughkeepsie, New York. She became interested in a career in foot and ankle surgery after her 20 years experience as a ballet dancer.
Dr. Anderson has been practicing with Allentown Family Foot Care, PC since July of 2005. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. after earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Cornell University. She completed a 3 year reconstructive foot and ankle surgical residency training at the INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia. As part of her residency program, she completed extensive training in foot and ankle reconstruction, revisional foot and ankle surgery, and wound care/limb salvage training at the Georgetown University Hospital Limb Center.
In addition, Dr. Anderson has extensive experience and specializes in surgical procedures of the foot and ankle especially bunion reduction, flatfoot reconstruction and diabetic/Charcot foot surgery, and limb salvage. She has a special interest in treating patients with complicated wounds and preserving their ability to walk. She also enjoys performing revisional foot and ankle surgery. She understands the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle and is committed to caring for patients throughout all aspects of treatment from bracing and custom orthotics to surgical intervention and rehabilitation.
Dr. Anderson has also made a commitment to serving the local community. She serves as the only podiatrist appointed to the Medical Executive Committee at the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital and also serves on the Medical Records Committee at Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Dr. Anderson is Board Certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is also certified as a wound care specialist and is recognized as a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association.
Dr. Kevin Short
Dr. Short completed his training at JFK Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. The three year residency provides a high variety of foot and ankle procedures but focuses on major reconstructive surgeries including flatfoot, cavus foot and charcot deformity correction. The program also has a large volume of foot and ankle trauma and is well versed in both wound care and limb salvage. His training also included correction of bunions, hammertoes, heel pain and general foot and ankle arthritic conditions.
Born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Short graduated from Emmaus High School in 2001 and received his bachelor of science in Biology at Susquehanna University, Pa. in 2005. After completing graduate school at Drexel University, he attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia where he was involved in various clubs and organizations. After almost 10 years of school and training after graduating college, Dr. Short is excited to practice in his hometown and be an active member in the community as well.
Dr. Ashley Quinlan
Dr. Quinlan grew up in Manalapan, NJ. She wanted to be a physician since her childhood and discovered Podiatry while a student at University of Delaware. She graduated in 2009 with a BA in biology. She then received a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 2014 at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Quinlan completed an extensive 3 year podiatric surgery residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, MI, where she served as co-chief resident. Her training encompassed all foot and ankle pathology. Some of her professional interests comprise of end stage foot and ankle arthritis, foot and ankle fracture repair, elective forefoot procedures such as bunions and hammertoes, and diabetic limb salvage.
Dr. Quinlan's interests include running and weightlifting, as well as traveling and trying new foods with her husband, also a podiatrist. She is new to Allentown and is eager to explore the Lehigh Valley!
